1. Nature of disclaimers

The statements on this page are binding disclosures about the legal, financial, and operational nature of Vorepo. They are not merely informational — by using the Platform, you accept their truth as the basis of your engagement.

2. vorepo does not offer securities

Repo Tickets on vorepo are not securities, not futures, not commodities, not shares, not tokens representing ownership, not derivative instruments in the regulatory sense. They are synthetic entertainment instruments whose value is derived from publicly available GitHub metrics, purchased and sold within a closed-loop credit system on the Platform.

• We are not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• We are not regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• We are not authorised by the Polish KNF, Dutch AFM, or any securities regulator
• Repo Tickets grant no ownership, governance, profit-share, or economic interest in any repository, maintainer team, organisation, or project

3. Not financial or legal advice

Nothing on the Platform — including blog posts, "Alpha Signals", leaderboards, descriptions, or automated alerts — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Platform does not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, goals, or jurisdiction. Before using the Platform, consult qualified professionals in your country.

4. No endorsement of listed repositories

The presence of a repository on Vorepo is not an endorsement. We do not:

• Verify technical quality, security, or correctness of any repository
• Represent that any repository will gain users, stars, or adoption
• Claim affiliation with repository maintainers unless explicitly stated
• Hold any economic interest in the underlying repository

Repositories are indexed based on public GitHub data. Maintainers may request delisting via email to hello@vorepo.com.

5. Third-party data

The Platform consumes data from GitHub, HackerNews, and potentially other public APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GitHub, Microsoft, Y Combinator, or any third party. Use of their data complies with their respective terms of service (GitHub ToS §E, HN Algolia public API).

6. Service availability

The Platform is provided on a best-efforts basis with a target of 99% uptime. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance windows may reduce availability with or without prior notice.

7. Errors & accuracy

Prices, scores, and metrics displayed on the Platform are computed from data we believe is accurate at the time of display. Bugs, delays, and incorrect values are possible. Trade decisions based on erroneous data are the trader's risk. We may void trades executed on demonstrably erroneous prices ("busted trades") at our sole discretion.

8. Jurisdiction of disclaimers

These disclaimers apply to all users regardless of jurisdiction, to the maximum extent permitted by local law. Where a particular disclaimer is held invalid in a jurisdiction, the remaining disclaimers continue in force.
